Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions are a translation of the Dutch original. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Dutch text, the Dutch version prevails.
Article 1 – Who we are
Allgèr
E-mail: info@allgerofficial.com
Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number: 42149074
VAT identification number: NL869931106B01
You can reach us by e-mail at info@allgerofficial.com. We aim to reply to your message within two business days.
Article 2 – Scope
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Allgèr and to every distance contract concluded between you and Allgèr through the webshop allgerofficial.com.
2.2 The text of these terms and conditions is made available to you before the contract is concluded. You can read, save and print these terms on this page at any time.
2.3 In addition to these terms and conditions, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy apply. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail, unless the other document is more favourable to you.
2.4 Any provision in these terms that conflicts with mandatory consumer law does not apply. The remaining provisions stay in force.
Article 3 – The offer
3.1 Our offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The images are a truthful representation. Colours may differ slightly from reality on your screen.
3.2 Alcantara® is a natural-looking material. Small differences in texture and colour nuance between individual items are inherent to the material and are not a defect.
3.3 Obvious mistakes and clerical errors in the offer are not binding on us.
3.4 An offer applies while stocks last and for as long as it appears on the website.
Article 4 – The contract
4.1 The contract is concluded at the moment you complete your order in the webshop and we confirm receipt of it by e-mail.
4.2 As long as we have not confirmed receipt of your order, you may rescind the contract free of charge.
4.3 We may refuse an order or attach special conditions to its performance, for example where we suspect misuse or fraud. If we refuse an order, we will let you know within five business days and refund any amount already paid.
Article 5 – Prices and payment
5.1 All prices stated are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
5.2 The price that applies is the price stated at the moment you place your order. Price changes after that moment do not affect your order.
5.3 For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be levied. Those costs are for your account and are not included in our prices.
5.4 Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure payment environment; we do not store your payment details.
5.5 If any detail you have provided turns out to be incorrect, please let us know immediately so we can correct it.
Article 6 – Delivery and shipping
6.1 We ship from the Netherlands. The expected delivery time is 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 3 to 5 business days in the rest of the European Union and other countries.
6.2 The periods stated are indicative. In any event we will deliver within 7 business days of the contract being concluded, unless we agree otherwise with you.
6.3 If delivery within 7 business days is not possible, we will tell you in good time. You may then rescind the contract free of charge. We will refund the full amount within 7 business days.
6.4 Current shipping rates and shipping areas are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery within the Netherlands is free on orders of € 75 or more.
6.5 The risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the products.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal: 30-day cooling-off period
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
7.2 The cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the product. If your order consists of several products delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.
7.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within the cooling-off period at info@allgerofficial.com. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you are not obliged to: a clear, unambiguous e-mail is sufficient.
7.4 During the cooling-off period you will handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop.
7.5 If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for any resulting diminished value.
Article 8 – Costs and processing of a withdrawal
8.1 Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions. You arrange the return shipment yourself.
8.2 The direct costs of returning the product are for your account, unless we expressly state otherwise.
8.3 We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound shipping costs, no later than 30 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it, whichever comes first.
8.4 If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we will not reimburse the additional cost.
8.5 We will refund you using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. A refund is always free of charge for you.
8.6 If you withdraw from part of a bundle or set, the bundle discount on the products you keep lapses. We will then set off the difference between the bundle price and the individual price of the products you keep against the amount to be refunded.
Article 9 – Our extended 30-day return policy
9.1 The 30-day period in article 7 is longer than the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. We offer you those extra days voluntarily.
9.2 For that extended period, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The conditions are set out in our refund policy.
9.3 This extended policy is separate from your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Article 10 – Conformity, warranty and complaints
10.1 We warrant that the products conform to the contract, to the specifications stated in the offer, and to the standards of soundness and usability that you may expect under the law.
10.2 You have the statutory rights that Dutch consumer law gives you in the event of a defective product. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
10.3 Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, and the natural variations in the material referred to in article 3.2 are not defects.
10.4 Please report complaints within a reasonable time after you discover the defect to info@allgerofficial.com, with a clear description and, if possible, photographs. We will respond substantively within 30 days.
10.5 In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a one-year warranty on every product against material and manufacturing defects, counted from the day of delivery. If such a defect appears within that year, we will repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price; we make that choice in consultation with you. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by drops, water, heat or improper use, nor the natural variations in the material referred to in article 3.2. To make a claim, email info@allgerofficial.com with your order number and photographs of the defect. If the claim is justified, we reimburse the cost of returning the item. This warranty leaves your statutory rights unaffected and does not limit them.
10.6 If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may submit your dispute to the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 11 – Liability
11.1 Our liability is not limited or excluded to the extent that the law does not permit this. That applies in any event in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on our part, in cases of death or personal injury, and in respect of our obligations under consumer law and product liability.
11.2 Outside the cases described in article 11.1, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
11.3 Our products offer protection against everyday use, but do not guarantee that your phone will remain undamaged in all circumstances. We are not liable for damage to your phone or to its contents.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
12.1 All rights to the content of our website, including texts, photographs, design and the Allgèr brand, belong to us or to our licensors.
12.2 You may not copy, distribute or make commercial use of this content without our prior written consent.
12.3 Alcantara® is a registered trademark of Alcantara S.p.A. We use this material and this name to identify the material of our products.
Article 13 – Use of the website
13.1 You will not use our website for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to disrupt its operation or security.
13.2 We may restrict or terminate access to the website if you breach these terms.
13.3 We make every effort to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Article 14 – Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. How we do so is set out in our privacy policy.
Article 15 – Relationship with Shopify
Allgèr uses Shopify, which enables us to provide our webshop to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are entered into directly with Allgèr. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Allgèr, including injury, damage or loss resulting from products and services purchased. You should therefore direct any claims arising from your order to Allgèr.
Article 16 – Changes to these terms
16.1 We may amend these terms. We will publish the amended version on this page with a new date.
16.2 The version that applies to your order is always the version in force at the moment you placed the order.
Article 17 – Governing law and disputes
17.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and to all contracts between you and Allgèr.
17.2 If you are a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of your place of residence.
17.3 For the rest, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Annex – Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Its use is not mandatory; a clear e-mail is also sufficient.
