Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We're happy to give you the option to return your order and receive a refund.
Return period
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
How to start a return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- We will then send you instructions on how to return the product
Bundles
If you return one or more products from a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies. You will only receive a refund for the returned product (without the discount).
Pick and mix
Did you buy two cases with the "20% off your 2nd case" offer and are you returning one of them? Then the discount no longer applies. You will only receive a refund for the returned case (without the discount), and the discount amount will be deducted accordingly. If you return both cases, you will receive the full amount you paid.
Return shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense, unless the product is defective.
Refund
After we have received and inspected the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
